One of the finest handkerchief makers of the 1900’s, Kreier created several hankies that are reproductions of famous paintings. This hankie is a reproduced portrait of the Infanta Margurita Maria by Spanish painter, Velasques, 1559-1660. The incredible image is a fine, sheer cotton hankie in vibrant shades of black, brownish gray, red, and pink with white accents and a white frame border. The hankie is layered on a fine polished cotton subtle pink on red print with a soft luster to the fabric. A two inch loose flange surrounds the pillow also in a lustrous polished cotton in a black on black very subtle print. Exquisite Victorian intricately cut glass black buttons sparkle on each corner of the hankie. This is an exceptional designer pillow. Size - 18” stuffed pillow plus 2” flange.
